- Biography
Keisha Lanier Brown is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Georgia State University’s Perimeter College. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education from Georgia State University, and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from Kennesaw State University. Keisha is pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies with a concentration in Research, Measurement, and Statistics at Georgia State University. Her research interests include community colleges, distance learning, course design, statistics education, doctoral student mothers, and program evaluation.
Prof. Lanier Brown’s passion is to help people achieve their goals in life by assisting them through learning and mastering mathematics and statistics. She loves demonstrating the power of statistics and how it can be utilized in every field.
