Specializations

Ms. Levacy teaches 2D Design & Color Theory, Drawing I, Intermediate Drawing, Painting, Watercolor, Art Appreciation, and a Perspectives course on Animals, Humans and Culture.

As an artist, Ms. Levacy specializes in mixed media with an emphasis on painting, drawing, and photography. Her studio process can be explored on her website.

Publications

Levacy’s photography has been published in Orion magazine and her small mixed media paintings and jewelry can be found and purchased locally in Atlanta at the Spruill Gallery in Dunwoody, GA.

Recognitions and Awards

Ms. Levacy has presented papers on her studio and teaching practice at numerous colleges and conferences and has exhibited and earned juried awards for her work both nationally and internationally in over 35 group and solo exhibitions since 2010.
